 When you're considering working with a new print vendor, you need assurance that things will go smoothly. All of your effort will only be rewarded if your piece comes off press as you expect. That's why it's important to know what happens to your job when it leaves your office. There are several ways to get your files to Park. If you're in the Madison area you can arrange for pickup with our courier. Or, our sales staff is always out and about and you can arrange for pickup with your sales rep. You may also submit your files by email or by uploading to our FTP site. Of course you're always welcome to deliver your proofs to Park personally. To make sure things get off to a smooth start, we recommend submitting accurate proofs of all pages supplied - both composite laser and color separated laser proofs. Once your proofs and files are at Park, our Electronic Prepress Department puts your job through a preflight process that generates two proofs for your review. Our Creo Iris4Print is calibrated to our presses to ensure an excellent color match. Our Hewlett-Packard Design Jet 1055CM is a digital plotter proof which shows actual page size, trimming, and folding. We'll deliver these proofs to you for your review and after these proofs meet your approval, your job is ready to hit the press. We welcome you to review your job on press to make sure your piece prints exactly as you want. Just speak with your sales rep to arrange for a press check and we'll keep you in the loop with press scheduling. After your job is completed we'll deliver it to the location of your preference and look forward to your next print job! |
